Quotation and Agreement

Detailed Quotation

Following the assessment, we will provide a detailed, fixed-price quotation (valid for 10 days) outlining the scope of work, estimated timescale, materials required, and total cost, adhering to the terms detailed in our General Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance

Once you accept the quotation in writing, we will schedule the work and confirm a start date. For ongoing services, a formal Service Agreement will be provided for your signature.

Service Delivery & Execution

Preparation

We ask clients to ensure safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the work area before our team arrives. We will protect surrounding property and maintain a clean worksite.

Execution

Work will be carried out by qualified, multi-skilled operatives (or carefully selected subcontractors for specialist tasks like gas/electrical work). We maintain communication throughout the project, especially if unforeseen issues arise.

Quality Assurance

Upon completion, we will review the work with you to ensure it meets your satisfaction and our high standards.

Invoicing and Guarantee

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a prior arrangement (such as monthly management fees) is in place. We accept Bank Transfers (BACS) and Direct Debit.

Our Guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, covering defects arising directly from our work. This is part of our commitment to quality and peace of mind for our clients.
